We recomend 3x3 preasure treated bearers for under the floor
No responsibility can be taken by our company if the base is not Level and square.
if you require a concreate base we use a sub contractor that is very experianced in laying bases of all sizes please ask for details.
IF we are erecting the building of your choice and the base is not level there will be a charge if we have to level the building.
If we call at a pre aranged date for delivery and the customer is not in there will be a re delivery charge.
on larger models i.e over 8ftx6ft there must not be any over head obstuctions to get it in to the property i.e over head cables,brick archways, please advise when ordering your new building.
